The Decodables: Complete Set (1 – 6)

The Decodables incorporates the research and findings of the Science of Reading. The term “Science of Reading” refers to the research that reading experts, especially cognitive scientists, have conducted on how we learn to read. Each book follows an expertly crafted scope and sequence that incorporates fundamental spelling patterns such as CVC, VC, diagraphs, consonant blends, and vowel patterns. Additionally, titles are broken down into 6 unique sets that are specific to grade levels and spelling patterns which enhances language comprehension and word recognition. A corresponding Teacher Guide/Lesson Plan will be available for each title to help reinforce decodable text concepts and patterns both in the classroom and at home.
