Learning About Earth's Cycles with Graphic Organizers
Cycles surround us every minute of every day. This book introduces students to the facts and figures behind cycles they recognize, such as the day-and-night cycle and the changing of the seasons, plus cycles they may not have been aware of, such as eclipses and the tides. Students will learn how cycles have helped people to tell time throughout the ages and how a cycle chart can illustrate cycles that occur over and over again. A concept web and a compare/contrast chart are two more of the many graphic organizers used to demonstrate Earth's cycles.
