Economy and Industry in Ancient Greece

The Greeks in ancient times were fishermen, soldiers, farmers, sculptors, architects, and more. Students will learn about foreign and domestic trade and how Greece expanded its empire to gain valuable natural resources that it lacked. They will also learn about the pottery industry in which the famous red-figure and black-figure techniques were used.
