Let's Take a Field Trip to a Beehive
Bees are social insects that live in colonies. They build their hives in the shape of honeycombs. Your students will be fascinated by the work that bees do and the different roles they play within their neighborhood. Students will also learn how bees make wax and honey, how bees help flowers, and why bees are important to people.
